Prof. Dr. Mohan Lal Kolhe
University of Agder's, Norway
Prof. Dr. Mohan Lal Kolhe is a full professor of smart
grid, hydrogen energy and sustainable electrical energy
systems at the University of Agder's Faculty of
Engineering and Science in Norway. He is a leading
renewable energy technologist with three decades of
international academic experience, having previously
held academic positions at world-renowned universities
such as University College London (UK / Australia),
University of Dundee (UK), University of Jyvaskyla
(Finland), Hydrogen Research Institute, QC (Canada), and
others. He was also a member of South Australia's first
Renewable Energy Board (2009-2011) and worked on
formulating renewable energy policies. He has been
offered the positions of Vice-Chancellor of Homi Bhabha
State University Mumbai (Cluster University of
Maharashtra Government, India), full professorship(s) /
chair(s) in 'sustainable engineering
technologies/systems' and 'smart grid' from Teesside
University (UK) and Norwegian University of Science and
Technology (NTNU), respectively, for his enormous
academic contributions to sustainable energy systems.
Professor Kolhe is a distinguished worldwide research
council expert assessor (e.g., European Commission:
Erasmus+ Higher Education - worldwide Capacity Building,
Royal Society London (UK), Engineering and Physical
Sciences Research Council (EPSRC UK), Cyprus Research
Foundation, and others). Furthermore, many international
organizations have invited him to deliver keynote
addresses, expert lectures, workshops, and other events.
He has also served on a number of academic advancement
committees.
Professor Kolhe has been successful in obtaining
competitive research funding from prestigious research
bodies (such as the Norwegian Research Council, EU,
EPSRC, BBSRC, NRP, etc.) for his work on sustainable
energy systems. His work on energy systems and
electrical & electronic engineering has been recognised
in the top 2% of scientists worldwide consistently from
2020 to 2023, according to Stanford University matrices
based on Elsevier data. His top 10 publications have
received an average of more than 200 citations each,
making him an acknowledged pioneer in his profession on
a global scale.

Isabel Paula Lopes Brás completed a PhD in Engineering Sciences in 2005 at the Oporto University, Faculty of Engineering, a Master's in Environmental Engineering-Branch of Industrial Waste Management in 1997 from the Faculty of Engineering of the Oporto University, and a Degree in Chemical Engineering, in 1993, by Polytechnique University of Oporto. She teaches and researches in the areas of Engineering Sciences and Technologies with an emphasis on Environmental Engineering and Chemical Monitorization. Dedicate part of her research to soil management, waste valorization, the recovery of bio-waste and the application of life cycle assessment studies to evaluate the environmental impact of waste treatment.
Assoc. Prof. Md. Hasanuzaman

Dr. Md. Hasanuzaman is currently working as Associate Professor at the Higher Institution Centre of Excellence (HICoE), UM Power Energy Dedicated Advanced Centre (UMPEDAC), University of Malaya, Malaysia. He was listed among the World's Top 2% Scientists for the year 2023, 2022, 2021 & 2020. He was Program Coordinator (Master of Renewable Energy, September 2012 to September 2020), Double Degree Programme with Master of Energy Science, Kyoto University, Japan. He is an Associate Editor of the Alexandria Engineering Journal, Elsevier; Associate Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Renewable Energy Resources; and has been a Guest Editor for Renewable Energy, Elsevier. His 2 books: (1) Technologies for Solar Thermal Energy, 2022 and (2) Energy for Sustainable Development, 2020 published by Elsevier. His research interests include thermal engineering, renewable energy, energy and buildings, energy policy, transport and electric vehicles. He has delivered many keynotes speech as a keynote speaker in many international conferences. He has also authored and co-authored more than 140 research papers and 50 conference proceedings. Dr. Hasan has more than 7050 citations with an h-index of 44 in the Scopus index and 10,000 citations with an h-index of 48 in the google scholar index. Dr. Hasan has supervised and supervising more than 60 postgraduate students. He has secured and managed more than 7 million Ringgit national and international research grants as a PI & co-PI. He received a University of Malaya Excellence Award 2012 for his outstanding achievement in PhD.
Assoc. Prof. DUYGU UYSAL,

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duygu Uysal was born in 1988 in Ankara. After completing her primary, secondary and high school education at TED Ankara College, she received her Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate degrees from Gazi University in 2009, 2011 and 2016, respectively. She completed her post-doctoral studies at the University of Rostock, Germany in 2018. Currently, she works as a member of at Gazi University, Department of Chemical Engineering. She has been working as the assistant director at Gazi University Clean Energy Research and Application Center since 2020. Since April 2022, she has been a board member of the Turkish Society of Thermal Sciences and Technology. She has researches and publications on Carbon Dioxide Emission Prevention, Transport phenomena, Fluidized Beds, Gasification, Clean and Renewable Energy, Alternative Hydrogen Sources. She also has Turkish published books titled "Applied Exergy Analysis for Processes" and "Fluidized Beds", co-authored with Prof. Dr. Bekir Zühtü Uysal.
Prof. Jorge Loredo,

Jorge Loredo received his Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Oviedo (Spain) in 1976. Master in Enviromental Engineering by Minister of Industry of Spain in 1977-1978. He obtained his PhD in Mining Engineering from the University of Oviedo (Spain) in 1981. Master in Mining Geology by Paris School of Mines (France) in 1981-1982. He has been Senior Lecturer of Mining and Environmental Engineering at the Oviedo School of Mines of the University of Oviedo (Spain) from 1985 to 2008 and Professor since 2008. Curently he is Honorary Emeritus Professor of the University of Oviedo. He has served as Head of the Department of Mining Engineering of Oviedo University (Spain) between 2004 and 2012. Visiting Researcher in the Department of Geology and Geophysics of the University of California at Berkeley in 1987/88. Visiting Professor in the Academy of Mines and Metallurgy of Cracow in 1992, the University of Sofía (Bulgaria) in 1993, La Rioja University (Argentina) in 1997 and 1999, San Juan University (Argentina) in 1997 and 1999, and the University of Piura (Peru) in 1998 and 1999. His current research interests are mining exploration, mine water pollution and control, mine water as renewable energy resource. Prof. Loredo has more than 30 years of practical and research experience in mining and environmental exploration, and in his capacity as a Professor and a consultant engineer he has served as a principal investigator and coordinator of a great number of national and international research projects on a wide range of subjects related to the mining industry. He has been author and/or editor of 13 books and author or co-author of more than 100 book chapters and more than 200 research papers appeared in international indexed reference journals and international refereed conference proceedings. Chairman of International Conferences. Member of the Executive Committee Council of the International Mine Water Association (IMWA) for the period 2017-2021 and 2021-2025.

Dr. Zhen Wu, Ph.D, Associate Professor, Chief Scientist of the National Key R&D Program of China, Vice Chairman of Chinese Energy Society, Hong Kong Scholar Fellow and Vebleo Fellow. He is currently the Associate Editor of e-Prime: Advances in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Energy and Frontiers in Thermal Engineering, the Academic Editor of Automotive Innovation, the editorial board member of Rare Metals, Environmental Science and Ecotechnology, and Results in Engineering, and the Topic Editor of Energies. He is also the member of review panel of European Research Council (ERC) project. Besides, he is the reviewer of the leading international journals of 'Chemical Engineering Journal', 'Journal of Energy Storage', 'Applied Energy', 'Nanoscale', 'International Journal of Hydrogen Energy', 'Energy Conversion and Management', 'Energy', and other journals. Dr. Wu undertook some international and national projects about the hydrogen and fuel cell energy system as the project leader. For example, the National Key R&D Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the China Education Association for International Exchange, the Natural Science Foundation Project of Shaanxi Province, and so on. His research interests include hydrogen storage technology, hydrogen fuel cell technology, high-efficiency energy conversion technology, and so on. So far, he has published more than 100 scientific and conference papers in the research field of hydrogen energy system. In 2015 and 2018, his papers published in Applied Energy were awarded as the 'Best Paper Award of Excellence' jointly by Elsevier Publishing Co. Ltd. and the prestigious international journal of Applied Energy for twice.
