In 2023, we have invited Prof. Kai Strunz, Technical University of Berlin, Germany, Prof. Mohamed Benbouzid (IEEE Fellow), University of Brest, France to deliver the keynote speeches, which have been very interesting. Prof. Yassine Amirat, ISEN Yncréa Ouest, France, and Assoc. Prof. Chalida U-tapao from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Thailand joined us as invited speakers. Thanks for their sharing, What’s more, this event would not have been possible without the support of many individuals, organizations and sponsors. We are grateful to the members of the REEE 2023 organizing committee for their help in managing the logistics and for their work in making this professional meeting a success. Most importantly, we thank the presenters and participants for their invaluable contributions.
